I was not able to sleep since last past 2 years,as I am having only one dream,i.e to make chocolates,but not an ordinary one.
The kind of chocolate I want to make is the one,which will bring accolades to my country ,my department ,my community and my family.
Making chocolate is not a rocket science,but making a perfect chocolate,which is gluten free,rich in taste and a perfect one,needs proper practice and for this you have to learn about different types of chocolates and making a perfect ganache.
